Welcome to Operation Butterfly!

We’re so glad you’re here. Our purpose is to inspire and provide meaningful content and tools to help you care for your own metamorphosis. The closer we are to living our purpose in this moment the more contentment we’ll have access to and experience. The aspirations we have today may not reflect what actually unfolds later in life; however, it’s important to live a life that aligns with our values and what’s most important to us. We must give ourselves permission to pursue the life we want to live. Whatever that is for you let it be YOURS. One of my favorite quotes is by Rumi, “Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor!” How can we fully experience the joy that’s available for us in this life without the belief that whatever our hearts desire will manifest.

Change is not always easy and it can be painful. At most, it’s uncomfortable and usually forces us to act when we don't feel ready. Yet, most often it’s our resilience that shows up and helps us reframe an experience and confirms we have the grit to manage what’s in front of us. In time, after making it to the other side, we are both amazed and surprised on how far we’ve grown.
